Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out operator tasks in all plant areas and provide shift coverage.
• Train other workers on various tasks as needed.
• Perform CIP, Master Sanitation, and titrations to maintain high sanitation standards.
• Report equipment/production issues to the supervisor and document variances.
• Take area samples for micro and analytical results in a timely manner.
• Operate cheese/whey equipment and CIP systems proficiently.
• Log readings accurately and maintain production records.
