Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Milton is seeking a Resource Nurse for 3 North, a 36‑bed telemetry unit. You’ll oversee patient flow, coordinate care, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient‑centered care in a busy community hospital.

The role requires MA RN licensure, a BSN, BLS and ACLS; telemetry experience is required and IV skills are preferred. Expect day shifts and competitive compensation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• BSN required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.
• Telemetry experience required.
• Current IV skills preferred, IV competency within six months of hire.
• At least two years medical-surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent and develop clinically effective practice.
• Coordinate patient journey including discharge and transitions.
• Direct admissions, discharge and general flow of patients.
• Attend rounds and huddles; communicate action items to team.
• Maintain unit supplies and equipment; ensure safety and infection control.
