BCFS Health and Human Services seeks a Resource Navigator to recruit participants, build trusting relationships with families, and manage intake, assessments, and service planning. You will coordinate resources, document activities, and conduct follow-ups to ensure program goals are met.
The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required as part of the job.

Education: Required - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience: Required - With a high school diploma, at least 3 years of professional work experience in a related field. Preferred - With a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of professional work experience in a related field.
The Resource Navigator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
