BCFS Health and Human Services is seeking a Resource Navigator to support families by delivering quality services, completing intake, and coordinating resources. This role emphasizes professional judgment, adherence to program standards, and meaningful engagement with the service population.
The position entails coordinating with team members, maintaining records in Salesforce and PEIRS, and participating in regular trainings and community education initiatives.

Education: Required - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience: Required - With a high school diploma, at least 3 years of professional work experience in a related field. Preferred - With a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of professional work experience in a related field.
The Resource Navigator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
