The role focuses on outreach, intake, and coordinated support for needs identified by parents and families. Responsibilities include intake/assessments, goal setting, intensive case management, and documentation in Salesforce/PEIRS, with trainings and team collaboration. Travel may be required.

Required - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required - With a high school diploma, at least 3 years of professional work experience in a related field. Preferred - With a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of professional work experience in a related field.
The Resource Navigator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
