Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Resource Manager in the PMO for a national intelligence program in Chantilly, VA. You will partner with the Program Manager, TO Leads, and Scrum Masters to ensure staffing across six task orders and maintain capacity profiles.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, training planning, MVI scheduling, surge forecasting, and staffing reports using Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) and SAFe practices. Requires TS/SCI with poly and 5+ years in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT or information management or eight years of comparable work experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations
• Experience coordinating schedules, workflows, and cross-team planning
• Skilled in backlog management and documentation
• SAFe training or certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and capacity management for multiple task orders.
• Develop and maintain training plans and track completion.
• Manage MVI scheduling and cross-team coordination.
• Forecast surge needs and reallocate resources as required.
• Maintain staffing rosters and provide regular capacity reports.
• Define PMO processes and improve tooling for capacity forecasting.
