Resource Manager - REMOTE

Armis seeks a highly skilled and experienced resource manager to join the Delivery Assurance team.

As a Resource Manager, you will oversee resource allocation and optimize resource utilization across projects and departments. Your expertise in resource planning and management will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Align resource allocation with project demands and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate project timelines, budgets and resource constraints to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with department heads, project managers, and stakeholders to understand resource requirements and project timelines, ensuring deployments are adequately staffed and hardware correctly ordered.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, or imbalances in resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate resource records and documentation, including resource schedules, utilization reports, and allocation decisions.
  • Track and report on resource utilization, analyze data, and provide suggestions for resource optimization.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resource performance, productivity, and capacity to identify areas for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in resource management or a related role, preferably in software deployment.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics: hardware ordering, shipping, and the RMA process.
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in using resource management software and tools to track, analyze and report on resource utilization a must.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Domo preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate resource records and documentation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to think proactively and implement resource management strategies that align with organizational goals.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $100,000- $150,00.00
