We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager for the GE Vernova U.S. East Coast Offshore Wind Region. The successful candidate will have a solution-oriented mindset and a result delivery style. Strong communication and listening skills are essential. You can identify resourcing challenges from various feedback and see them through to standardized solutions. With excellent attention to detail, structure, and organizational skills, you can proactively address resourcing requirements and deliver efficient outcomes. You have a safety-conscious mindset and can build trust and influence to form strong relationships and team ethos. You understand that good results are achieved through collaboration with internal and external parties.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site Operations, you will enable the organization through resourcing activities and line management of Technicians to achieve high performance in SQDC targets, in collaboration with our customers.

The primary location will be Remote or at the U.S. East Coast Offshore Wind Regional Office in East Greenwich, RI, with some travel to our Operations & Maintenance facilities in RI, MA, and NJ.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Recruit technical resources for windfarms, developing a squad-centric mentality.
  • Evaluate demand vs. capacity and ensure availability of competent resources.
  • Ensure technician development plans are in place for recruitment.
  • Establish business-aligned processes and procedures for windfarms.
  • Coordinate training and On the Job Learning for technicians.
  • Manage resource tracking, planning, and administrative activities.
  • Lead windfarm resourcing planning, coordinating with partners.
  • Facilitate transparency of resourcing plans with the customer.
  • Align rotation resourcing plans with Site Operations management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within your area.
  • Address issues, process improvements, and business initiatives.
  • Lead recruitment and talent development for operational roles.
  • Support competency framework and Safe System of Work governance.
  • Support SOP development and improvement.
  • Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, or High School Diploma/GED with extensive people management experience, or at least 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore wind, onshore wind, or power plant maintenance operations.
Desired Characteristics
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment, with remote teams, and offshore wind experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience leading technician teams and managing projects.

The pay range is $78,800 - $120,000 annually, plus a 10% variable incentive. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, tuition and adoption assistance, parental leave, disability and life insurance, and paid time off. This position is eligible for geographic differentials based on location.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information, contingent on obtaining necessary authorizations.
