Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of lived or professional experience in foster care programming preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and retention of resource families.
• Assist newly licensed families with navigating programs and accessing support services.
• Coordinate training opportunities and connect families with community resources.
• Help implement and maintain support programs for resource families.
• Collaborate with program staff and community partners to address family needs.
