Job summary

Lubbock Area United Way is seeking a Resource Development Coordinator to advance the fundraising mission by managing Loaned Executive and JumpStart programs, supporting corporate and workplace giving, and driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with the Director of Strategic Donor Engagement to build donor relationships, track progress, and implement strategies to strengthen revenue.) The role emphasizes relationship building, program leadership, and volunteer coordination across campaigns

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent college coursework required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, sales, account management, or volunteer management.
• Experience in a nonprofit or volunteer-driven environment is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contributor to Annual Campaign revenue goals by identifying, cultivating, and growing corporate and workplace giving accounts.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of the Loaned Executive program as a core revenue-generating initiative.
• Collaborate with volunteers to engage donors and align program activities with fundraising targets.
• Coordinate events such as kickoff, retreat, agency tours, Day of Caring, and other meetings.
• Plan leadership development activities for Loaned Executives to grow donor and volunteer leadership.
