Role Overview:
This role, Indiana Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Manager , role ensures that the network is equipped withthe tools and knowledge to achieve state and federal objectives around access to information, communityresources, and long-term services and supports. You will play a key role in leading and implementing Indiana's NoWrong Door efforts. In your role, you will provide technical assistance, monitoring, and oversight to the center in a manner that promotes consistent, high-quality, and person-centered access to resources through the network. The role provides regular reviews of contractual activity to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, includingcreation and monitoring of corrective action plans to resolve areas of non-compliance. You will also coordinate with and assist other home and community-based service programs.
The goal of this role is to strengthen program accountability through effective contract oversight, including monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with the state and federal requirements, and evaluating waiver-related front door activities. The ability to apply strong analyitical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data interpretation, to identify trends, validate reporting will support continuous program improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to synthesize complex federal and state statutes and guidelines to make independent decisions in the administration of programs. They will be able to demonstrate success as a self-starter, capable of working effectively with minimal day-to-day direction; effectively collaborate andcommunicate with internal and external stakeholders; interpret data and reporting. Knowledge of principles andpractices of Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) service delivery, understanding of person-centeredthinking practices, principles of trauma-informed care, and social determinants of health is preferred.
The salary for this position traditionally starts at$53,222.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
