Job summary

California Franchise Tax Board in Sacramento is seeking an Analyst II to support the Filing Division with resource and fiscal management, planning, and coordination of annual and monthly personal services and OE&E expenditures.

You will lead and guide bureau and section coordinators, prepare reports, manage position control, and assist division leadership with workload and project execution, including communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Filing Division with planning, development, implementation and coordination of annual and monthly personnel and OE&E resource management.
• Provide leadership to bureau and section coordinators in maintaining monthly resource management plans and position control.
• Coordinate reporting of monthly expenditures and assist in meeting program workload and resource needs.
• Represent the division in projects related to new processes, technology and systems.
