In this position, you’ll help support efforts to evaluate and enhance modeling approaches that better capture reliability risks and assess the capacity value of both existing and emerging resources. You’ll perform and analyze LOLE studies, help refine QA/QC practices, and contribute to improvements that increase confidence in modeling outcomes. Your work will help inform ongoing accreditation efforts, policy discussions, and system enhancements.
You’ll also develop your technical perspective to interpret planning data across MISO and the broader industry, identifying trends and potential challenges. Along the way, you’ll learn and receive support from your teammates while collaborating across teams to continuously improve Resource Adequacy processes.
The base salary compensation range for this role is $71,000-96,000 USD annually and may vary based on location, competency, education, certifications, and experience. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus if performance and company objectives are met.
