Lilly Pulitzer, in-store at our Greenwich, CT location, is seeking a Style Advisor to promote the selling culture, build strong client relationships, and lead the sales team on the store floor. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in fashion or retail
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter who takes initiative
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours

Responsibilities

• Promote selling culture in the store and drive sales through exceptional client experiences
• Build relationships with clients from greeting through post-sale contact
• Provide clients with personalized styling expertise to create memorable moments
• Encourage and participate in team selling while taking ownership of the sales floor
• Maintain up-to-date client information via personalized communication regarding requests and product feedback
• Learn and master the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework and maintain high-level product knowledge
