Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking a Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage services in our on-site spa. You will help set up treatment rooms, customize sessions, and educate clients on wellness plans while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Base compensation starts at $25.70 per hour with potential earnings up to $52.00 per service hour, plus a 25% commission on services and discretionary bonuses twice yearly. Complimentary meals and parking are provided.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests and confirm appointments promptly and friendly.
• Assist in managing reservation software.
• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy massages tailored to client needs.
• Consult with clients to assess concerns and medical history before sessions.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client records.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards and collaborate with spa staff.
