Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver massage services in a high-end spa setting. You will check in guests, tailor modalities, and maintain client records with a focus on client wellbeing and privacy.

You will also educate clients on treatment plans, promote spa offerings, and collaborate with team members to ensure a serene experience in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Massage Therapist license/certification from WA State.
• CPR Certification required.
• 1 year massage therapist experience in spa or wellness setting.
• 2 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests and confirm appointments promptly.
• Assist in managing reservation software.
• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and other modalities.
• Customize massages to address client needs and history.
• Educate clients on benefits and treatment plans.
• Maintain client records and progress notes.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and professional standards.
• Promote spa services and collaborate with staff.
