Job summary

7 Cedars Resort is seeking a Transportation Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests and team members in limousines, shuttles and vans while delivering friendly, dependable service. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain clean vehicles and report issues promptly, while upholding Totems of Service.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, at least three years of driving experience, a clean driving record and strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Three years driving experience preferred.
• A clean driving record and the ability to meet federal and state driving standards.
• Experience with professional driving and basic vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members.
• Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive all of 7 Cedars Resort’s fleet vehicles transporting guests and team members to various locations obeying all laws and driving in a safe manner.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Complete pre-trip vehicle inspections; keep interior and exterior of vehicles clean; keep fueled at all times; and promptly reports maintenance issues.
• Complete daily paperwork; report vehicle problems, accidents and/or citations to supervisor.
• Answer telephones as well as radio communications in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned; must follow all safety rules and regulations; follow general and department policies and procedures.
