Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Non-CDL Transportation Driver to reliably shuttle guests to and from resort locations while delivering world-class service. You will greet guests, perform safety checks, and maintain a clean shuttle to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years commercial driving, guest driving preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License Class D with passenger endorsement (Arkansas) or Class E (MO).
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with shuttle needs while delivering exceptional service.
• Complete pre-trip checklist daily for shuttle safety and functionality.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness for guest comfort.
• Log into shuttle app and manage shuttle operations efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and other needs.
• Operate shuttle safely and in accordance with traffic rules.
