Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Non-CDL Transportation Driver at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO. The role focuses on transporting guests safely and efficiently, greeting guests, and maintaining shuttle readiness.

Responsibilities include daily pre-trip checks, keeping the shuttle clean, using the shuttle app, assisting with luggage, and adhering to traffic rules. Requires 1–2 years of driving experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate passenger carrying vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write pre/post trip reports and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with promptness and courtesy, attending to their shuttle needs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Complete a pre-trip checklist daily to ensure the safety and functionality of the shuttle.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
• Log into the shuttle app to efficiently manage shuttle operations.
• Assist guests with any needs including luggage when needed.
• Always operate shuttle in a safe manner maintaining all traffic rules and regulations.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
