Montage International is seeking a Security Officer II to safeguard guests and associates and support the resort's safety initiatives. The role focuses on patrols, incident reporting, and proactive guest service to elevate WOW moments throughout the property.

The position requires a high school education, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least one year with Montage Security. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of Montage Security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the Resort, check doors, trespassers and hazards.
• Respond to guest and associate calls, prioritize emergencies.
• Proactively assist guests and look for WOW opportunities.
• Maintain the security office and fire panel.
• Draft incident reports; keep logs current via daily audits.
• Ensure daily shift logs and pass-downs are complete.
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance across grounds.
• Answer phones and dispatch calls.
• Perform security office duties promptly.
• Provide associate safety training and report hazards.
• Coordinate incident updates as they occur.
• Know resort activities each shift and maintain professional security presence.
• Receive shift information from daily briefings.
