Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field is preferred.
• South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) certification preferred; must pass the exam within 30 days of hire.
• Certificates in First Aid, CPR, and AED are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first responder to police, fire, and medical incidents.
• Maintain a visible security presence across assigned resort areas.
• Conduct routine safety and security inspections.
• Prepare clear and detailed incident reports.
