Job summary
La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is seeking a Security/ EMT Representative to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for members, guests, employees, and residents. This role combines security, emergency medical response, incident reporting, and guest services across a luxury resort setting.
Responsibilities include patrols, emergency response, parking control, and maintaining confidentiality. Current California EMT, CPR/AED/BLS certifications, and a valid driver's license are required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current California EMT certification.
- Current CPR, AED, and Basic Life Support certification.
- Must drive a company vehicle and hold a valid California Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
- Patrol hotel, club, restaurant, parking, beach, residential, and employee areas.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and safety incidents; assist with emergencies.
- Prepare clear incident reports and document witness statements.
- Provide courteous assistance to members, guests, and employees.
- Direct traffic and monitor parking areas; enforce parking rules.
- Participate in safety inspections and emergency-preparedness activities.
