Job summary

McLemore Resort is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to plan, solicit and close small group meetings and room sales within the assigned market. You will coordinate sales activities, prepare collateral, and support Managers with lists and audits.

Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and office software will help maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, solicit, book, and coordinate small group meetings and room sales to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Oversee the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
• Prepare collateral for site inspections, outside sales calls, and sales trips.
• Assist Sales Managers with rooming list entry and citywide audits as required.
• Enter, coordinate and follow up with Sales Reservations as needed.
• Pull daily and weekly reports and distribute findings.
• Distribute and file signed contracts and take meeting minutes.
