Job summary

Camelback Resort is seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize revenue across lodging, ski operations, waterparks, and ancillary services. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, pricing strategy, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will turn complex data into actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and drive strategic initiatives to maximize total resort profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of resort-wide revenue management strategies across all major revenue streams.
• Analyze historical performance, market trends, booking pace, customer behavior, and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Make pricing, promotions, inventory, and product packaging recommendations to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and other departments for alignment of revenue strategies.
• Develop and distribute reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and BI tools to support decision-making.
