Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is launching Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. We are seeking an enthusiastic Recreation Attendant to welcome guests, explain recreation programs, and help run activities in a pre-opening environment.

You will assist with equipment, oversee pools and activity spaces, and support guest experience while adhering to safety protocols. Training is provided, and this is a hands-on role across indoor and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a guest-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests and provide information on recreation programs and amenities.
• Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
• Monitor pool and recreation areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
• Oversee use of recreation equipment and maintain proper storage.
• Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
• Clean recreation facilities and follow safety protocols.
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
• Report guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Assist with concessions as needed and complete other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
• Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
• Oversee use of recreation equipment; ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use.
• Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
• Clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens, and follow safety protocols.
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
• Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with concessions as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
