South Seas, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property on Captiva Island, Florida, is seeking a House Attendant to keep public areas pristine and deliver items to guest rooms upon request. This full-time, hourly role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning common areas, stocking supplies, and responding to guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of resort public areas.
• Deliver items to guest rooms on request from front desk.
• Complete daily assignment checklists and report to supervisor.
• Handle lost and found items according to standards.
• Retrieve and distribute clean linens to floors.
• Provide high level of customer service by anticipating guest needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
