Job summary

Seven Feathers invites you to join our resort team as a Recreation Attendant. You will guide guests on proper equipment use in the health and fitness area and help maintain a safe, clean recreation space within the hotel and lobby.

Strong guest relations and a willingness to learn are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year guest service experience, swimming ability, and CPR certification or intent to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year guest service experience preferred (hotel/motel helpful).
• Recreation personnel should know how to swim.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks/motions.
• Good manual dexterity and clear vision; strong guest relations skills.
• CPR certification required or must obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Resort guests in a friendly manner and handle special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the recreation area and lobby; monitor equipment usage.
• Inspect areas, manage trash and maintain orderly guest spaces; assist with front desk duties as needed.
