Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Attendant to assist guests with enjoying park and resort recreation activities, transport and store equipment, and provide great customer service.

You will maintain logs, keep locker rooms clean, answer questions about activities, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and coordinate multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assists guest with transporting and storing recreation equipment.
• Answers questions regarding recreation activities, directions, concerns, or preferences.
• Keeps records of guest recreation equipment and maintains the log book for all equipment.
• Services the locker rooms and attending areas to ensure a clean and safe area for guests following established procedures.
• Resolves minor guest concerns.
• Performs other assigned duties.
