Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain pristine common areas across the resort, including the waterpark and guest areas. The role requires cleaning, inventory, and coordination with other departments to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust, and clean public areas (floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, doors).
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris and dispose of waste in common areas.
• Read and follow material safety data sheets for chemicals and use them as directed.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas and assist with guestroom deliveries as needed.
