Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Painter II to maintain, repair, and enhance painted and wall-covered surfaces across the resort. Responsibilities include painting, wallpaper installation, surface prep, and finish repairs to luxury hospitality standards within the Engineering team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in painting, drywall, wallpaper, or facilities maintenance is advantageous.
• Commercial or hospitality painting experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate painting tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment on walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, millwork, and other resort surfaces.
• Install, repair, remove, and replace wallpaper throughout the property.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by patching, sanding, taping, drywall repair, and finishing.
• Perform touch-up painting and repairs in guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain the appearance and condition of resort furnishings and finishes.
• Complete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Maintain painting equipment, brushes, rollers, ladders, and tools in proper working condition.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout all projects.
• Follow all safety procedures when working with tools, ladders, paints, chemicals, and equipment.
• Respond appropriately to emergency maintenance or safety situations.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and other departments to support resort operations.
• Report accidents, safety concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
