Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hotel and/or commercial building maintenance required.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a NH Gasfitters License.
• Valid New Hampshire Driver's License and Drug screening required.
• Must be attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director and Assistant Director in upkeep of preventative maintenance.
• Review work orders and assign work by priorities.
• Oversee all Environmental programs on property.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Coordinate activities of the Engineering staff.
