Hyatt Hotels Corporation is hiring Market Attendants at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort to fulfill guest orders across food, beverage, and retail offerings on the property. You will prepare beverages and food items per menu, maintain clean, stocked service areas, and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced resort setting.

Starting rate is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with most PM shifts (1:30pm–9:30pm or 3:00pm–9:30pm).

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (about 25lb).
• Open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Market Attendants will provide service in the marketplace located on the property at the resort, fulfilling guest orders including food, beverage, and retail purchases.
• Attendants will prepare both food and espresso beverages in accordance with menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in front and back of house areas and provide a welcoming guest experience.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and hospitality to guests.
