Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations and act as a professional brand ambassador for the Travel + Leisure portfolio.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating with resort staff, presenting opportunities, qualifying leads, and handling tour reservations with deposits. Training is provided and performance metrics apply.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
