The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in property management (RV/manufactured home communities preferred), strong budget and staff management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of property management experience, RV/manufactured home communities preferred.
• Strong operations skills and customer service focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related web-based tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Manage resources and assets of the property.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare and manage the resort’s operating budget.
• Maximize the property’s profitability.
• Maintain the resort’s cleanliness and attractiveness.
• Partner with marketing to attract new guests.
• Analyze and manage the operational budget to improve profitability.
