Job summary

Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a Resort Manager to lead daily resort operations, directing activities across Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering to maintain luxury service and exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor department heads, drive profitability, and embed Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy into all actions, ensuring safety, compliance, and memorable guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership in luxury hospitality, resort, or hotel operations.
• Experience managing multi-department operations with accountability for guest experience and financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, prioritize, and make sound operational decisions.
• Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and elevated guest experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering departments.
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Promote and integrate Amrit’s holistic wellness philosophy into all operational practices.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to ensure operational efficiency and team engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, cost control, labor management, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance the guest journey and achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to processes, systems, and service delivery.
