Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the functionality of all resort units and common areas. You will perform minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs, replace light bulbs and air filters, and help implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs.

Responsibilities include daily upkeep such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in resort maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements preventative maintenance programs (A/C filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Maintains daily upkeep: painting, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping and general upkeep.
• Completes maintenance calls and upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Notifies manager of issues and assists guests as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
