Responsibilities include routine inspections, basic repairs using hand tools, addressing maintenance requests, and collaborating with leadership for larger repairs. A valid driver's license is required and comfort with guest interactions is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and preventative maintenance on plumbing, windows, doors, lighting, and other assets.
• Repair minor issues such as door hinges and light fixtures.
• Inspect assets and log repairs and services.
• Address guest and staff maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean worksite and follow safety standards.
