Grand Geneva is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel operations running smoothly by addressing guest and associate maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all building systems work efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and strong skills with hand and power tools. Flexibility for various shifts, including nights and weekends, is needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or trade school, 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Address guest and associate maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform daily shift reports and document calls in the Engineer’s log.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and procedures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel assets and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Support cost control efforts and safety procedures.
