Running Y Properties in Klamath Falls, OR is seeking a Construction Laborer to perform routine and preventative maintenance for resort interiors and exteriors and to deliver excellent guest and owner service. The role requires meeting the physical demands and lifting up to 50 pounds.

You will handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, coordinate with contractors, maintain inventory, and record activities and billing on a computer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Oregon Driver's License.
• Must be able to meet physical demands and lift up to 50 pounds, occasional 100 pounds.
• Available to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance needs of resort buildings, HOA properties and rental units.
• Perform interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Sign maintenance and upkeep tasks.
• Replace batteries, light switches, bulbs, furnace filters and foundation covers.
• Follow safety procedures and coordinate with contractors for major repairs.
• Use a computer to record activities and billing.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
