Job summary

Everline Resort & Spa, part of CoralTree Hospitality Group, in Olympic Valley, CA, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to keep guestrooms and public areas in pristine condition while delivering guest-ready service.

You will respond to work orders, perform routine repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting, and support safety and cleanliness standards on a dynamic mountain resort team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a similar maintenance position or equal experience using hand tools and other repair equipment.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering team with routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure comfort and safety.
• Perform general maintenance in guestrooms and public areas with focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare for daily work assignments and manage priorities on projects.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and protect property and guests.
