Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical, and more in guest villas. The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, with hotel or resort background preferred.

You will work in a team, handle in-house repairs, and ensure safety and quality in every project. Open availability is required, including mornings, mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of maintenance experience.
• Hotel or resort maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and document work.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs including tiles, painting, wallboard, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate, and granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff in resolving maintenance concerns and questions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough carpentry to trim work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
