Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Maintenance Tech II for Club Wyndham Ka 'Eo Kai Resort in Hawaii to perform HVAC, electrical and plumbing upkeep, ensuring guest units are in top working order.

You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, drywall patching and painting, and report system deficiencies to your supervisor while following safety programs and delivering quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance experience.
• Plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Electrical work: replacing breakers, ballasts and other fixtures; identify hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Patch drywall, repair walls/ceilings and paint; inspect building systems and report deficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate maintenance knowledge to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; prevent and troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Patch drywall and repaint; repair wall coverings and ceilings.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
