Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that preserves quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures: doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, empty trash, collect litter, general landscaping tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Adhere to safety programs.
