Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure our resort units and buildings are in flawless working order. You’ll apply your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills to deliver quality results for guests, while upholding safety and maintenance standards.

The role emphasizes independent work and teamwork as needed, with a focus on preventative care and reliability. The position is full-time, on-site in Bend, Oregon, offering comprehensive health/welfare benefits and opportunities

Qualificações

Experience in facilities maintenance and building systems upkeep.
Ability to perform basic repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components.
Commitment to safety procedures and reporting deficiencies.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems as needed.
Repair interior finishes, walls, ceilings and painting where required.
Inspect and test building systems, reporting issues to supervisor.
Complete preventative maintenance on major systems (HVAC, electrical).
Provide quality guest-focused service and ensure units/buildings are in good working order.
