Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Clear driving record with no significant violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including custodial duties.
• Determine materials and supplies required for tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance personnel.

Skills

Hotel experience

Maintenance duties (plumbing, electrical, construction, painting)

Proficient knowledge of OSHA guidelines

Ability to multi-task

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (APO)

Hazardous material handling training
