Job summary

Capital Vacations is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Branson, MO to ensure thorough maintenance of the property and supervise a dedicated maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and knowledge of resort maintenance duties, ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks effectively within budget constraints. Become part of a team that values cleanliness and operational excellence!

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record clear of significant violations.
• Experience in supervisory-level resort maintenance role.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification.
• Knowledge in hazardous material handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical maintenance work.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality of work.
• Schedule and perform routine and emergency maintenance.
• Maintain and coordinate systems like heating and plumbing.
• Train and develop maintenance staff.
