Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property in Springfield, Missouri. You will oversee custodial duties and perform a variety of skilled maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience, along with a high school diploma or GED. A Certified Pool Operator certification is preferred. This role offers competitive salary and benefits, including travel perks to resort locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (APO) certification preferred.
• Ability to perform various maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the upkeep of the property.
• Orders supplies to complete maintenance tasks.
• Establishes employee work schedules and plans daily work assignments.
