Job summary

Path-Resorts in New Hampshire seeks a Maintenance Tech / Security to service guest areas, upkeep buildings, pools, and grounds while ensuring safety and security across the property.

This hands-on role covers repairs, preventative maintenance, and securing rooms and common areas at close; requires 2–5 years in maintenance and a valid driver's license, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation/holidays and resort amenities access.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and general maintenance practices.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.

Responsibilities

• Close and properly secure designated resort buildings and common areas at the end of the business day.
• Remove trash and linen from common areas by the end of each shift.
• Patrol resort buildings and grounds and assist in ensuring guests follow established resort rules and policies.
• Secure vacant and checked-out guest rooms as required.
• Clean and maintain resort pools and pool areas.
• Maintain the accessibility, safety, cleanliness, and appearance of resort buildings and grounds.
• Perform painting, groundskeeping, general maintenance, and routine repair work.
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report or correct them as appropriate.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, coworkers, and other departments.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties and special projects as assigned based on resort needs.
