A leading vacation ownership company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a new resort in Texas. The ideal candidate should have a background in facilities management and hospitality, as well as relevant certifications. Qualifications
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Good driving record clear of significant violations.
Experience in a manager-level resort maintenance role.
One to two years of experience in building and facilities maintenance.
Hazardous material handling training within six months of hire date.
Experience in care and maintenance of large swimming pools.
Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance operations at a newly developed resort.
Coordinate work with outside vendors with minimal guest interference.
Supervise maintenance of chemical balances in swimming pools.
Maintain organized work areas and participate in weekend MOD program.
