Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Lodging Security Officer to provide safety for guests and staff at a 24/7 resort. The role covers afternoon and overnight shifts, patrolling facilities, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with EMS and local authorities.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, VIP escort, guest assistance, and ensuring security compliance across the resort. The candidate should have some security experience, a relevant education background, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Combination of education and experience enabling performance of all aspects of the position.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine Safety & Security patrols of buildings and grounds.
• Act as medical first responder and contact EMS when necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate incidents.
• Log reports and follow up with guests on items in lost and found.
• Escort VIPs and provide transportation for events as needed.
• Assist staff with guest issues involving intoxicated individuals.
• Log daily shift and incident reports.
• Monitor and enforce parking policy and traffic safety resort-wide.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Conduct Lighting and Safety Checks on a monthly/weekly basis.
